SAP, customers and partners gathered at 2017 SAPPHIRE NOW + ASUG Conference last week in Orlando FL to discuss the business drivers and solutions for companies adapting digital transformation.  We at IT-Conductor are continuing to focus on AI - well, most of us would automatically think Artificial Intelligence, yes that too, but instead of conceptual we like to think about AI as in "Automation Infrastructure".  That's what enables the transformation of manual and repetitive processes into digitized, orchestrated, and intelligent automation.  We don't need to know how self-driving cars or dynamic GPS navigation work in order to take advantage of them in our commute, and that's innovation.  Innovative technologies simplify very complex tasks into simple solutions that users can benefit at scale.  This is the digital core of IT-Conductor, automation technology to simplify IT operations processes of large, complex enterprise application environments like SAP.  Whether it's SAP monitoring, systems management, process/activity/job scheduling, performance management, or system post-copy automation, we make it easy to manage more with less, in an ever growing complex world of enterprise computing.  That's the challenge and we've made it our mission from Day 1.

• IT-Conductor Gateway automatic failover: support between primary and standby for increased resiliency in IT-Conductor monitoring architecture
• SID-Refresh v1.2: v1.1 was a success with the Java version of the Post-Copy Automation (PCA) tool, supporting both Windows and Linux/Unix platforms for all SAP supporting databases.  We've released v1.2 to allow cleaning of Basis tables such as spool content after the refresh, and another release is planned by end of May to support CRM scenario.  If interested, please Submit an Inquiry
