The default monitoring service in AWS is Amazon CloudWatch. It automatically collects and tracks key metrics, such as CPU utilization, disk I/O, and network activity, for most AWS resources. CloudWatch also provides basic alarms, logs, and dashboards to help you visualize performance and detect issues.
However, while CloudWatch focuses on infrastructure-level data, platforms like IT-Conductor extend monitoring to include end-to-end automation, cross-system visibility, and SAP workload correlation, giving you deeper operational insight across your entire environment.
