As IT environments continue to grow in scale and complexity, reliability, visibility, and responsiveness remain just as critical as functional capability. This quarter’s enhancements focus on strengthening operational support, expanding integration flexibility, and improving the platform’s ability to detect, assess, and respond to issues across diverse enterprise landscapes.
The updates in this release are designed to help customers operate with greater confidence, reduce manual effort, and improve the speed and accuracy of operational decision-making. From AI-assisted support and issue investigation to broader SAP integration capabilities and deeper network-level monitoring, these enhancements continue to strengthen IT-Conductor’s role as a practical and intelligent automation platform for modern SAP and enterprise operations.
Customer Support Assistant (AI virtual assistant)
This quarter, we introduced the Customer Support Assistant (CSA), an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to strengthen support responsiveness, improve operational continuity, and enhance the overall customer service experience within the IT-Conductor platform.
In complex enterprise environments, support needs do not always arise during standard working hours, and delays in initial investigation can increase operational risk, prolong service disruption, and slow down resolution timelines. The CSA helps address this challenge by providing timely, intelligent support engagement even when a human support analyst is not immediately available.
The assistant is designed to support service help desk operations by performing initial system health checks, investigating issues raised in customer tickets, and helping identify likely causes based on available operational data and platform context. It can also provide possible resolution steps, helping teams move more quickly from issue reporting to informed action.
By responding to tickets in a timely manner, the assistant helps ensure that customers receive early engagement and useful direction without unnecessary waiting periods. This improves support continuity, reduces the time taken to begin triage, and helps maintain confidence in service delivery.

Key benefits include:
- Timely response to support tickets, including outside immediate analyst availability
- Automated system health checks to support faster issue assessment
- Initial root cause analysis to help narrow down likely sources of problems
- Investigation support for customer-raised issues using available platform context
- Suggested causes and resolution steps to accelerate troubleshooting
- Additional operational support for service help desk functions and workflows
Rather than replacing human support, the CSA is designed to augment it by handling early-stage analysis, improving responsiveness, and helping support teams focus their expertise where it is needed most. This enhancement represents an important step toward a more intelligent and always-available support model within IT-Conductor.
SAP BTP integration
We have also expanded IT-Conductor’s integration capabilities with support for SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
As SAP landscapes continue to evolve, many organizations are extending or modernizing their environments using SAP BTP services. This makes integration flexibility increasingly important, especially for customers operating hybrid landscapes that span traditional SAP systems, cloud-native services, and platform-based extensions.
IT-Conductor addresses this by enabling monitoring of key BTP components, including sub-account availability, Integration Suite services, API endpoints, and resource utilization. This provides operations teams with actionable insights into the health and behavior of cloud-based SAP services alongside their core systems.
Beyond visibility, IT-Conductor allows these signals to be incorporated into automated workflows and orchestration scenarios. For example, failures in integration services or API communication can trigger alerts, notifications, or recovery actions across connected systems, helping teams respond more quickly and consistently.
Why this matters:
Many enterprises no longer operate purely within traditional SAP system boundaries. Business processes, integrations, alerts, and dependencies increasingly span multiple services and platforms. Without unified operational visibility, teams can struggle to maintain consistency, troubleshoot effectively, or automate confidently across these environments.
By extending integration support toward SAP BTP, IT-Conductor helps customers reduce fragmentation and strengthen operational continuity across cloud and hybrid SAP ecosystems.
The practical benefits include:
- Better alignment with modern SAP integration and transformation initiatives
- Expanded interoperability across hybrid SAP and enterprise environments
- Improved visibility into connected integration services and operational dependencies
- Stronger foundation for automation across traditional and cloud-connected processes
This enhancement reflects IT-Conductor’s continued commitment to supporting customers not only in current-state operations, but also in the strategic direction of their SAP integration journey.

TCP probe
This quarter, IT-Conductor formalized and productized TCP Probe as a defined platform capability, building on a function that has already been used successfully in customer environments for several years.
In many enterprise environments, application health depends not only on system availability, but also on reliable communication across networks, ports, and services. A system may appear operational at a high level while critical downstream services remain unreachable due to port closures, firewall rules, routing issues, or transient network interruptions. These types of issues can affect integrations, job execution, monitoring workflows, and end-user experiences long before they are obvious through conventional system checks.
TCP Probe helps address this by enabling direct validation of TCP connectivity to specific endpoints and ports. This provides a more precise way to confirm whether a target service is reachable and responsive at the network layer, helping operations teams detect and isolate communication problems earlier.

Figure 2: TCP Probe
The key operational value of TCP Probe includes:
- Early detection of connectivity failures affecting applications and integrations
- Improved troubleshooting by narrowing issues down to the network communication layer
- Better visibility into service reachability across distributed environments
- Stronger monitoring coverage for systems that depend on stable TCP-based communication
For customers operating across hybrid infrastructure, cloud services, gateways, and remote systems, this enhancement adds an important layer of diagnostic confidence. It enables faster identification of connectivity issues and supports more proactive incident response before service degradation escalates into broader operational disruption.
