We’re excited to share that IT-Conductor SecureOps is now available on SAP Store and AWS Marketplace, marking another important step in expanding access to IT-Conductor’s automation and security operations capabilities for enterprise SAP customers and partners.

This launch makes it easier for organizations to discover, evaluate, and procure SecureOps through established marketplace channels while advancing a new approach to SAP cybersecurity: SAP Autonomous Cyber Operations, or SACO.

Moving from detection to governed remediation

SAP security teams are not short on findings. They receive information from CVEs, SAP Security Notes, audit logs, vulnerability scanners, compliance reports, SIEM tools, and internal reviews.

The challenge is what happens next.

Remediation often depends on manual analysis, disconnected tickets, approvals, maintenance windows, technical execution, validation, and evidence collection. This creates delays, increases operational risk, and makes it harder for teams to prove that security issues were handled consistently.

IT-Conductor SecureOps was built to help close this operational gap.

SecureOps brings together SAP-aware monitoring, workflow orchestration, intelligent automation, AI-assisted recommendations, and audit-ready reporting so SAP, security, infrastructure, SOC, and compliance teams can move from detection to governed remediation.

Key capabilities of IT-Conductor SecureOps

SecureOps supports a broad set of capabilities designed for business-critical SAP landscapes:

  • CVE and security note monitoring: Centralizes vulnerability monitoring across operating systems, applications, databases, and connected environments to help teams identify high-risk exposures and prioritize response.
  • Security audit log analysis: Surfaces critical findings, risk levels, user activity, and policy violations to support faster investigation and remediation.
  • AI-assisted recommendations: Provides prioritized guidance and actionable next steps for review and approval.
  • Governed remediation workflows: Orchestrates pre-checks, approvals, execution tracking, validation steps, and follow-up verification.
  • Audit-ready evidence collection: Captures remediation history, validation results, supporting evidence, and operational reporting.
  • Security and compliance dashboards: Gives teams visibility into incidents by system, category, escalation level, assignment, and response status.

Together, these capabilities help organizations reduce remediation delays, improve security response consistency, and strengthen audit readiness across complex enterprise landscapes.

Why SAP Autonomous Cyber Operations matters

Traditional security tools are strong at detection, alerting, and reporting. But in SAP environments, knowing about a risk is only the beginning.

Security findings often require SAP-specific operational knowledge, Basis coordination, change governance, validation, and business-aware prioritization. Generic security workflows can struggle to capture that context.

That is where SAP Autonomous Cyber Operations becomes important.

SACO focuses on the full lifecycle of SAP security operations:

  1. Detect and centralize relevant security findings
  2. Prioritize risks based on operational impact
  3. Recommend next actions with AI-assisted guidance
  4. Route approvals and remediation workflows
  5. Execute governed automation where appropriate
  6. Validate outcomes and collect audit-ready evidence

The goal is not uncontrolled automation. The goal is faster, safer, and more consistent remediation with the right governance in place.

Available through SAP Store and AWS Marketplace

The availability of SecureOps on SAP Store and AWS Marketplace gives customers and partners more flexibility in how they evaluate and procure the solution.

Customers can use SecureOps to support:

  • SAP security operations assessments
  • Proof-of-concept initiatives
  • CVE and security note prioritization
  • Security audit log analysis
  • Remediation workflow automation
  • Compliance and audit readiness
  • Production deployments focused on cyber resilience

This launch also expands IT-Conductor’s marketplace portfolio, which includes solutions for application performance monitoring, change automation, upgrade monitoring, system refresh automation, and now autonomous cyber operations.

A new milestone for IT-Conductor security operations

SecureOps reflects IT-Conductor’s broader vision for intelligent enterprise operations: helping teams reduce manual effort, improve operational control, and respond faster across complex SAP and hybrid landscapes.

As Linh Nguyen, CEO and Co-founder of IT-Conductor, shared in the announcement:

We needed a way to show our senior leadership team that marketing was producing results, and that’s hard when your metrics are scattered. This dashboard saved the day.

SecureOps is designed to address that challenge by helping teams move from visibility to action.
